Chef Bimba, a Master Chef who specializes in all things sweet, enlightened us under her guidance with her skills as the pupils watched, learned and prepared Christmas Delicacies namely Marzipan Fruits, Jujubes, Rocky Road Trees, Chocolate Pan Torte, German Lebkuchen Cookies, X-Mas Cake, Fresh Coconut Newries and Mince Pies.
