SRIHM was among the first Hospitality Colleges in the State of Maharashtra to have HACCP compliant Food and Beverage areas. The scope of HACCP-System covers designing & provision of processes by procurement, storage of raw materials, standard recepie distribution, cooking preparations of various cusines by students of Hospitality Management College.
The certification is conducted in accordance with the TUV NORD CERT auditing and certification procedures.
