What is a grievance?

A grievance is defined as any kind of communication that expresses discontent about an action or lack of action. This could be about the standard of service of the Institute or its absence thereof; and the complainant seeking remedial action.

Grievance redressal system Grievance redressal is used by our institute to investigate the reason for dissatisfaction of the stakeholder and to provide a speedy resolution to their concerns.

Edu-Grievance Portal Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management has provided an online web portal to establish a fair, independent and consistent system for the redressal of issues that may be faced by its stakeholders. This seeks to provide them with a prompt remedy for their concerns, thereby maintaining a harmonious environment on our campus. It is our endeavour to prevent unfair practices within our Institute and to provide our stakeholders with a transparent and user friendly interface for timely resolution of their complaints.
