The DLLE unit along with Marathi Vagmay Mandal of SRIHM hosted an event on the occasion of
"Marathi rajyabhasha divas" on 27 th February 2024. It is celebrated on the birthday of the renowned
writer and poet Kusumagraj. This auspicious day started with a beautiful prarthana, and students
gave wonderful speeches informing everyone about the Marathi language and Kusumagraj. Poster
making and rangoli competitions were also organised. A ramp walk was performed depecting the
various Maharashtrian traditional clothing. On this day, the students and the faculty truly felt the
strength and enrichment of the Marathi language.
