The Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management (SRIHM) gave an incredible opportunity to the
Second Year Hospitality Studies students to learn the art of dessert plating over a period of 2 days,
with none other than the Celebrity Chef Nikita Malhotra the current Pastry
Consultant for Izumi and the owner of Quinconce Patisserie. Chef Nikita taught the students various
techniques of tempering chocolates, bringing multiple elements to plating and creating picture
perfect delectable dessert, the Mushroom forest.
