On 3rd February 2023, Michelin Star Chef Vikas Khanna @vikaskhannagroup launched his 40th book 'Imaginary Rain' at Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management.
He was accompanied by his beloved mother and other family members to celebrate this proud moment. Chef Vikas Khanna left all gathered in absolute awe and inspiration of his new novel and left a signed copy of it for all students.
