He holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism. With over two decades of experience in Kitchen Operations and Management in India and overseas.
He started his career with The Oberoi Hotels – Mumbai, and later worked on board Queen Elizabeth II – a legendary and prestigious cruise liner. He also worked as a Chef-de-Cuisine with J.W.Marriott – Juhu, Mumbai, he has acquired extensive experience in setting up hot and cold kitchens and in creating menus. He demonstrates excellence in the art of plated dishes and is proficient in planning and maintaining a hygienic Kitchen environment. He has trained under the expert guidance of many International Chefs and his culinary journey has shaped him into a multi- cuisine Chef, specialising in banquets, all day dining and fine dining. Through his experience, he has imbibed an adaptable and flexible approach that is essential in the hospitality industry. He has been associated with the Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management for the past 7 years.
He believes that the objective of education is to instil in the students the desire to learn throughout their lives.
