Her inclination and passion towards the art of bakery and confectionary influenced her to change her stream from commerce to hospitality. She has completed her Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Studies and has an experience over 16 years in the hospitality industry.

She has worked with hotels like The Ambassador, Churchgate, The Inter Continental, Marine Drive and J. W. Marriott, Juhu. She believes that every day there is something new to learn and discover in this highly creative culinary world. She takes pride in imparting the knowledge and expertise acquired in the industry to our young aspiring chefs.
