Chef Dilraj Singh Bhamrah is a professional with an overall experience of 13 years in the Food Production Department. He has completed his Masters in Tourism and Hospitality Management, and has graduated in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai. He has also completed his Diploma in Hotel Administration and Catering Technology (HAFT) from Sophia Polytechnic (Mumbai). He has specialised in Indian preparations.
After working in the Hospitality industry he decided to pursue teaching as a profession and share his knowledge and experience with the students who aspire to pursue their career in the hospitality industry. He continues to upgrade his skills and share his passion for food.
