Chef. Anil is a Hotel Management graduate from Thiruvalluvar University, Tamil Nadu.
He has worked for seventeen years in the Hospitality Industry in the Bakery and Confectionary Department in India and in the Middle East in countries like Oman, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.
His desire to share his expertise and passion in baking drew him to teaching. He has 13 years of rich experience as an educator at ITM Institute, Mumbai.
Chef Anil specializes in making Gingerbread centrepieces and he continues to upgrade his skills and share his knowledge with his students.
