On 17th January 2023, Chef Jihad El Shammi, a Lebanese Chef and Chef De Cuisine at Sahara Star’s Mediterranean Restaurant - Mabruk was warmly welcomed for yet another Master class at SRIHM accompanied by Chef Grupreet. They showcased their skills and knowledge, preparing 8 traditional, mouth-watering Lebanese dishes.
