Jyotsna Bhosale, graduated in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the premier and prestigious, I. H. M, Mumbai. She has been awarded the Best Educator of the Year Award by Western India Culinary Association in 2018. She has completed her Post Diploma in Teacher’s Training as well as the Certified Hospitality Education program – (American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institution). She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree.
She embarked upon her teaching career at her Alma Mater, I. H. M, Mumbai. In the hospitality field for over 4 decades, she has superannuated as Head of Food Production Department from IHM, Mumbai. She has also co-authored a book on Maharashtrian Cuisine, “Regional Cuisines of Maharashtra” – published by MTDC.
