The students of Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management, upholding the tradition set by their seniors, organized the Breakkie Club breakfast on 4 th December 2025. The event was conducted by the Third Year Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts students at the Hibiscus Restaurant under the guidance of Chef Sameer Dighe. It was graced by the Guest of Honour, Ms. Dopati Banerjee, Principal of Sophia Polytechnic, along with Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management Principal Mr. Conrad D’souza, Heads of Departments, and faculty members.
