Declared by the UN as the Year of Millets, the students of FYBA Culinary Arts put up an amazing exhibition the ‘Millet Marvel’ under the guidance and leadership of Chef Chetan Raut on 23rd February 2024. The event was introduced by the heads Mr. Aditya Rajguru and Mr. Yash Dhand and inaugurated by Principal Mr. Conrad D’Souza and the HODs with the lighting of the lamp. Putting their heart and soul into the event, the students showcased their immense talent with an extensive range of millet dishes including a soup, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, ice-creams and even a millet pani puri. The exhibition was appreciated by not just students and faculty but also parents and alumni members that had the opportunity to witness it, making it a grand success.
