On 28th November 2022, The Director of Culinary Operations at Sofitel, BKC, Mumbai - Chef Sidney D'cunha accompanied by his colleague, Chef Sandeep Raj - Junior Sous Chef at Sofitel, BKC Mumbai were gladly and eagerly welcomed to share their skills and knowledge on the refined and elegant - Japanese Cuisine with the T.Y. students of SRIHM.
The students were given the opportunity to interact, ask questions as well as gain hands-on experience in making a sushi roll under the guidance of the accomplished Chefs.
