The Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management (SRIHM) conducted a guest lecture on food styling and food photography on 28th July 2023 showcasing various styles and variations of photography which help in depicting the real colours of food in an appealing and appetizing manner.
Our guest lecturer Ms. Hridhganda Mistry who is one of India’s best food photographers and stylist along with her team created two spectacular plate presentations. Ms. Mistry explained to us various ways in which food can be presented, the magic of lighting on food, and how to add colour contrast onto plates, and also showed some of their creative plate presentations.
Students of SRIHM were glad for the opportunity to have experienced Ms. Hridhganda Mistry who taught us new ideas of food styling and photography.
