The TY Bsc. Of SRIHM definately had these words in mind as they put their heart and soul into the wonderful exhibition of "Equiplex". They presented 14 different tables, each explaining various equipments used in the world of the Food and Beverage service. The students had come up with extremely creative ways to explain the equipments which was very easy to comprehend. The tables were visited by the budding first years, who got the opportunity to acquire knowledge about these equipments, from the caviar spoons to Guéridon trolleys.
