Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management hosted an Italian Master Class by Michelin-starred Chef Giancarlo Morelli for Third Year students. The session was organised in collaboration with the Italian Consulate and the Italian Trade Agency, who provided this valuable opportunity. Students gained hands-on exposure to authentic Italian cuisine and professional culinary techniques.
