To celebrate International Yoga Day Sheila Raheja School of Business Studies (SRSBS) organized a Yoga Day celebration for all students. The event took place in the college auditorium and saw enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty of Sheila Raheja School of Business Studies (SRSBS) and L.S. Raheja School of Architecture (LSR) alongwith the Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management (SRIHM).
The workshop, which began at 9 am, was led by the esteemed yoga instructor Mr. Ishank Raghupate, who, along with his support staff, guided participants through various yoga asanas. Mr. Raghupate's expert instruction and the seamless demonstrations by his team filled the auditorium with energy and positivity. The session lasted for an hour and a half, concluding at 11 am. Participants experienced a range of yoga postures designed to promote physical well-being and mental clarity. The atmosphere was one of engagement and rejuvenation, with students and faculty alike embracing the opportunity to practice yoga and learn more about its benefits. Overall, the International Yoga Day workshop was a resounding success, providing a wonderful experience for all involved. It not only highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life but also fostered a sense of community and well-being among the participants.
