We are thankful to famous yoga and meditation expert Mr.Ishank Raghupate for conducting a Yoga session on occasion of the "International Yoga Day" at Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management on 21st June 2024. It highlighted the profound benefits of Yoga for physical and mental well-being of an individual. It promotes unity, peace, and mindfulness. The session helped students with insight into fostering a healthier lifestyle and stress management. Such events inspire participation amongst the student body and emphasizes yoga's universal positive impact on holistic health.
