Ms. Patricia Trinidade is a Consultant Chef, Trainer, Lecturer & Writer in the Pastry & Bakery Industry with over 30 years of bakery experience. She has been a Consultant – advising, formulating, and testing products and recipes for some of the largest bakery & confectionery product and manufacturing companies in India. Patricia has been a Chef Lecturer – conducting practical Bakery courses across the leading Bakery institutes in Mumbai. She has also been a Chef Trainer – Product Training for the Sales team & R&D Food Technologists of leading bakery & pastry manufacturing companies in improving on current products & innovations. She has worked with some of the leading Hotel Chains and writes in several Bakery magazines.

She is a graduate of BSc (Home Science), Post graduate Diploma in Business Management. and has also completed her Craft Bakery & Confectionery Course. She has attended Professional Development courses on European Breads & Pastry, Biscuit Production, and Bakery Science & Technology. She has also completed the Communication Excellence and Train the Trainer Courses.
