He is a Graduate in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management – Mumbai. He was awarded “Best Student of the Year” twice during the 3-year course.
He has completed his MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies as well as Bachelor of Economics from the University of Mumbai.
He started his career in the Food and Beverage Department at Taj President Hotel. He has over 19 years’ experience in the Indian Alco Beverage Industry, having worked with brands like Sula, Grovers, Four Seasons and Corona beer.
He has conducted many wine training and tastings sessions with hotel staff and is passionate about sharing his knowledge on wines and spirits with budding hospitality professionals.
