Mr. Jayesh Ingole has over a decade of experience with the Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts. He is a hotel management graduate from IHM Shri Shakti, Hyderabad. His passion for professionalism started at a young age when he joined Trident Bandra Kurla as a Housekeeping Associate. This led him to carve his path towards the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD) and further graduating as a Housekeeping Management Associate.
While at work his passion for guest services and guest satisfaction as his key focus led him to becoming an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at the young age of 30.
He strongly believes that learning should continue and he should remain not only young at heart but also young in his mind as well. Hence, he has moved from hotel operations to the world of continued learning and growth by teaching young promising individuals and helping transform them into thorough professionals just like himself.
