A graduate in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with over 22 years of experience in Kitchen Operations and Management in India and overseas. He started his career with The Oberoi Hotels Mumbai and gained knowledge for 8 years under the best chefs from OCLD. He moved to United Kingdom to work for Hilton Hotel as Chef de Partie and worked there for 2 years. Returned to India and worked as Sous Chef in Hotel Leela and then moved to Hotel Sahara Star where he worked for 11 years. Acquired extensive experience in setting up kitchens and in creating menus for different restaurants, His culinary journey has shaped him into a multicuisine chef, specializing in banquets, all day dining and fine dining. He is now sharing his experience with students and grooming them to be professional hoteliers of the future. He is currently pursuing Masters of Travel & Tourism Management.
