He has completed his Masters in Tourism and Hospitality Management, and has graduated in Hospitality and Hotel administration from the prestigious I. H. M. Mumbai. He has also completed his Diploma in International Chef Course from IHM (Mumbai) affiliated with Niagara on the Lake Culinary School (Canada). He has 4 years of experience in Human Resource from Mafoi Management Consultancy and Bharti AXA. He also has over a decade of teaching experience from I. H. M. Mumbai and Kohinoor College of Hotel Management and has worked with an Indian fine dining restaurant in U. S. A. (Atlanta, Georgia) and (North Carolina).
He is passionate about imparting his expertise in the culinary field & believes “Education is not simply the transmission of knowledge &the development of talent, but it is the great enterprise of steadily and surely passing on the fullness of humanity from the past to the future.”
