Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management organised an International Street Food Festival
on 13 th February 2026, conducted by the Third Year Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts
students as part of their practical. The students formed groups and showcased authentic street
food specialties from Japan, Thailand, Turkey, and the Middle East. The event highlighted
their culinary skills, presentation techniques, and knowledge of global cuisines. The festival
was a vibrant display of creativity, teamwork, and international gastronomy, providing hands-
on learning and cultural exposure.
