Day 1 was a day full of culinary enlightenment for the students of TY BACA! They had the pleasure of learning from the brilliant Chef Tarek Ibrahim and Mr. Damon Holmes about the art of raising and cooking lamb and goat. Their interactive approach made learning a truly fun and enriching experience. To top it off, the students even got to cook with Australian lamb after a quick demonstration by Chef Tarek himself.
Laughter, knowledge and enthusiasm were all in abundance as they wrapped up this amazing day.
Day 2 of the Aussie Meat Masterclass was a true feast for the senses! It was an honor to have the perfectionist himself, Chef Tarek Ibrahim, share his expertise on Australian lambs and goats with Chefs from the industry alongside Sir Damon Holmes once again. From understanding the different cuts of Australian lambs and goats to watching the master at work, it was an unforgettable experience indeed. The chefs in attendance were absolutely captivated by the experience and the end result was nothing short of delicious. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this amazing workshop.
