Chocolate is true bliss
The students of TYBACA and TYB.Sc got to experience this bliss in a 5 days from 26th March to 02nd of April 2024 chocolate workshop under the guidance of Chef Sankesh, an expert chocolatier. The students learned the basics of tempering, moulding and sculpting chocolate. The chef also shared his expertise by giving some tips and tricks of chocolate sculpting. The end result was truly breath-taking, when the students prepared their own chocolate sculptures.
