A morning filled with aromatic spices and tantalizing flavors as Chef Jihad El Shammi, the culinary mastermind behind Sahara Star’s Mediterranean Restaurant - Mabruk, graced us with his presence at SRIHM for an amazing masterclass on 15th February 2024. Along with the talented Chef Akshay , they took us on a journey through Lebanon’s rich culinary heritage, whipping up traditional dishes that left our taste buds in a state of pure bliss. From the spices to the fresh ingredients, every dish was a testament to Chef Jihad’s expertise and passion for his heritage cuisine. It’s always a pleasure to have such amazing chefs share their skills and knowledge with us, and we can’t wait to try out these delectable dishes ourselves!
