‘PROST’ an event that gave us a fascinating sneak peek into the lively world of food and beverage service was organised by the hardworking students of TY BSc. The students enlightened others with their profuse knowledge during this marvellous event, providing the juniors with a sea of information on the equipments used in restaurants, kitchens and bars along with a glimpse into bartending. What truly blew everyone away was the enthusiasm with which the students engaged with their faculty and fellow students - it truly was an absolute delight!
