Chef Chetan Raut has completed his Master’s in Tourism & Hospitality Management and has done his B.Sc. in Hospitality & Tourism Management Studies from Bharti Vidyapeeth, Navi Mumbai in 2007.
He has a rich experience of more than 15 years in the field of Kitchen Operations and Academics. He has worked with leading five star hotels like The Leela – Mumbai, The Lalit – Mumbai, ITC Fortune Hotel – Navi Mumbai & The Orchid Hotel – Mumbai.
After 10 years of working in the Hospitality industry he decided to take on teaching as a profession and share his knowledge and experience with students who aspire to pursue their career in hospitality, especially in the culinary industry. His academic experience includes colleges like T.S. Rahaman (Maritime Hospitality College) and ITM Institute of Hotel Management, Navi Mumbai. He continues to upgrade his skills and share his passion for food.
