Prof. Baptist Rodrigues has completed his Master’s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management and has done his B.Sc. in Tourism & Hospitality Management from the Madurai Kamaraj University.
He has more than 10 years of experience in this industry and has held positions with organisations such as Pan India Food Solutions (Spaghetti Kitchen) and Royal Caribbean International Cruises. In addition to his broad spectrum of experience, he also holds a number of recognised credentials, including Certificates in Food & Beverage Service and Food Production from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) and has undergone training for the Instructor’s Course from the Naval Maritime Academy.
He has a rich experience of 10 years of working in the Education sector where he shares his knowledge and experience with students who aspire to pursue their career in hospitality, especially in the Food & Beverage service industry. His total academic experience has been with the Training Ship Rahaman (Maritime Hospitality College) – Navi Mumbai.
He passionately believes that Food and Beverage is an aspect of our lives that is necessary, and that it is always better to understand the why, what, and how of this sector.
