Honouring the memory of notable Marathi poet Kusumagraj, the students of Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management celebrated Marathi Rajya Bhasha Divas.
The event commenced with a welcome speech followed by the lighting of the lamp and the prayer song. FY students Vaidehi Kesarkar and Shardul Gade delivered speeches on Marathi Bhasha and poet Kusumagraj. The students of SRIHM then partook in the Kavita Vachaan and Poster making competition. Keeping up with the Maharashtrian tradition, the Lavni and Koli dances were also performed.
